Hannah + Sarah’s California Winter Wedding

With gorgeous burgundy's and reds, Hannah + Sarah’s wedding at the Ebell of Los Angeles was a perfect classic California winter wedding. When talking with Hannah + Sarah, they mentioned they loved architecture and so it made perfect sense why they chose the Ebell as their wedding venue. It is one of the classic LA landmarks with so many TV shows, movies and commercials filmed there (have fun googling!). The arches and garden make for a perfect place for photos.

They started by getting ready at the SLS in West Hollywood and after quick first look, we headed to the Ebell for portraits and the Ketubah signing followed by a beautiful night time ceremony inside the beautiful Lounge with chandeliers and stain glass and the most epic staircase the ladies walked down to the ceremony. I loved that their Florist, Flores de Bosquez, hung greenery from the railing of the staircase as well!

The cocktail hour was outside in the garden, with the venue projecting Hannah + Sarah’s initials outside. Renee with Moxie Bright Events, as always, did an amazing job designing and laying out the Dining Room at the Ebell for a glamorous winter reception. The brides epic first dance was had fog from Hey Mister DJ, who lead everyone into a fun hora dance! There was Challah and toasts that brought laughter and happy tears. Another fun addition was a ‘roll your own cigar’ bar outside in the garden with El Canito Cigar Events! And to top off all the fun late night treats included Trejo’s Donuts! You can’t go wrong there!

Getting to know Hannah + Sarah during their engagement session and the entire planning process was amazing. I love the story of their friendship and love.
